“I started having contractions on Monday at eight in the afternoon at home. Alba and I were doing the relaxation exercises here, I had them every ten minutes or so, until nine at night when they now came every five, regular with more power. And at two or so I went to the hospital and I was already having contractions but It didn’t dilate,” he said on his official Instagram profile.
“I, in my head, I was hoping it would be a vaginal birth, but it couldn’t be..
